Mini Mi Ki

This pint sized breed the Mi Ki (pronounced Me Key) is a breed that was developed in the late 80's. It is an eclectic mix of other breeds you are probably more familiar with...Papillon, Maltese, Japanese Chin, Yorkshire Terrier, and Shih Tzu.

Because of their wonderful personalities, and intelligence they can make great companion dogs for the handicapped, or therapy dogs.Their compact size (10 pounds and under), and sweet dispositions also make them great pets for townhouse dwellers...seldom barking and accepting of strangers. Requiring only a daily dose of exercise...like a stroll around the park.

The Mi Ki does not require extensive grooming, but does need to be combed once a week, and to be bathed when necessary. They don't shed much if any at all, but do require their legs shaved including in between the toes, and pad area.
